Rental Items
No Refunds for Early Returns:
We understand that plans can change, but please note that we do not offer refunds for the early return of rented items. Once the rental period has commenced, the full rental fee applies, regardless of when the item is returned.
Purchased Items
General Refund Policy:
Our refund policy for purchased items complies with Australian Consumer Law (Victoria). If you find that an item you purchased is faulty, not as described, or does not meet its intended purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your item to initiate the process.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, some personal items such as nipple covers, breast pumps, and other similar products cannot be returned unless they are faulty. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for these items once the packaging has been opened.
